For a fee of one month's rent, we will:
- Advertise your property in the multiple listing service, area brokers' websites (even our competitors!), Craig's List, and other sites
- Provide a lockbox for showings
- Arrange for showings to tenants
- Receive applications from propsective tenants
- Process credit checks for all adult applicants
- Verify employment of applicants
- Contact past landlords for reference checks
- Present you with the application results
- Provide standard lease forms and advise on clauses
- Facilitate lease negotiation and signing
- Facilitate key exchange
